Screen Accessibility: Click 'Batch Upload/Download'->'Upload File' from the menu of the application

Filter By:

Field Description
Content Type You can select Revision or Annual content type for the Procurement data and revision or Restatement for the surplus database.
Format You can select formats like Spec 2000,XML,CSV.
Compression Type You can select the the Zip or gz compression type.
File Name You can select the filename through browsing.The file size should not be zero and Should be less than 10MB.
Schedule Date You can select the scheduled date as the present or the future date. Past to the future date. Past date cannot be selected.
send cc Email You can mention the name of the person to whom you want to send an email of the Email transaction status.
Notes You can give the description of the file uploaded.

Controls:
Click Action
Now  "Now" radio button is selected by default and The Scheduled Date Time text box is disabled
Later When you select the "Later" Radio button , the Scheduled Date Time is enabled and the date could be Scheduled for future
Submit When you click the Submit button,the file will be uploaded to FTP server. On top of screen the upload status with e-mail notification list will be displayed. Email notification list will contain Participant Administrator email id and User's own email id apart from email ids entered through screen, to whom upload status mail will be sent.
Reset When you click on the reset button,all the filled data would be cleared
