You can select customer from this screen and grant them the permission to view its parts.
If you are a supplier then only you are able to grant the viewing rights.
If you Company admin then you able to grant viewing rights to the participants of your company only.
If you are a Participant Admin, you will see Participants which you administer as well as those for which you are a regular user.

Screen Accessibility:: Click 'Account Management'-> 'Grant Viewing Rights' from the menu bar of the application

Fields:

Field Description
Company Name The Name of the Company as mentioned in Company profile. To search all the companies starting with "Av", enter "Av*" and search.
Email Domain Email domain of the Company. Please write the part of email id after "@". E.g. patni.com for abc@patni.com.
Customer code The Customer Code as mentioned in Customer profile.
Customer Name Customer Name as mentioned in Customer profile.

Controls:

Click Action
Search  Show the customers based on the search criteria mentioned in the above fields.
Show All Customer Show all the customers of all the approved companies which are registered in ATA.
Show New Show same as "Show All Customers" except it shows only new customers to which supplier has never granted or revoked rights.
Submit It grants the viewing rights to the selected customers.
Cancel It cancels the transaction and returned to the home page.
 

The following columns are displayed when you click the Search Button:

Collumn Description
Company Name  Display the name of the company. 
Email Domain  Display email domain of the concerned user. 
Customer Code  Display the Code of concerned Customer. 
Customer Name  Display the name of respective Customer. 
Grant Access  (Check Button) Check to permit the access to the Customer. 
Confirm No Access  Click to deny Customer Request. 
Customer Category Code  Mention the Customer Category Code.
