Table of Contents

-"Manage Profile" is accessible to all participants, to manage profile information.
- It has four tabs Manage Password, Manage Contact Detail, Manage Preferences,Admin Information.

Manage Password

- User password information can be modified in this tab.
- Security question and answer are pre-populated from the database.
- NOTE: Password should contain at least eight characters , must contain Upper and lower case characters and should have atleast one character, one digit (or special character)

Screen Accessibility: Go to the Account Management -> My Profile -> Manage Password Tab in the application

Fields:

Field Description
User Id  User Id of the user. 
Password  Existing password of the user.  
New Password   New password of the user. 
Confirm Password  Confirm password of the user. 
Security Question 1  Select the security question from the dropdown. 
Answer 1  Mention the answer for security question 1. 
Security Question 2  Select the security question from the dropdown. 
Answer 2  Mention the answer for security question 2. 

Controls:

Control Action
Submit  On click of Submit button, details of user will be saved. 
Cancel   On click of cancel button, all data entered will be lost and user will be directed to home page. 

Manage Contact Details

- User information can be modified in this tab.
- All the user details is populated from the Database

Screen Accessibility: Go to the Account Management -> My Profile -> Manage Contact Detail Tab  in the application

Field Description
Prefix  The field is pre-populated but different value can be selected from the dropdown. The list contains Mr.,Mrs.,Ms.,Dr. 
First Name  The field is pre-populated but is editable. 
Middle Name   The field is pre-populated but is editable.(This is an optional field) 
Last Name   The field is pre-populated but is editable. 
Suffix  Mention the suffix if available(This is an optional field). 
Tittle  The field is pre-populated but is editable (This is an optional field). 
Department  Mention the department of the User (This is an optional field). 
Telephone  The field is pr-epopulated but is editable. 
Extn #  Mention the extension of the user. (This is an optional field) 
Email   The field is pre-populated but is editable. 
Fax No.  Mention the fax number(This is an optional field). 
Address 1  The field is pre-populated but is editable. 
Address 2  Mention the alternative address(if any) for written communication (This is an optional field) 
Address 3   Mention the alternative address(if any) for written communication (This is an optional field) 
City  Mention the City. 
Mail Stop  Mention the Mail Stop (This is an optional field). 
Location  Mention the location (This is an optional field). 
Country  Select the appropriate country from the dropdown . 
State/Province(US/CANADA)  Select the appropriate State/Province (US/Canada) from the dropdown(This is an optional) 
Region/Province( non US/CANADA)  Mention the region (This is an optional field) 
Postal Code  Mention the postal code (This is an optional field). 
Button Action
Submit  On click of Submit button, details of user will be saved. 
Cancel   On click of cancel button, all data entered will be lost and user will be directed to home page. 

Manage Preference

- No. of Search results to view per page will accept only Numeric Values

Screen Accessibility: Go to the Account Management -> My Profile -> Manage Contact Detail Tab in the application

Field Description
None  No Role is selected. 
Company Admin  Company Admin Role is Selected.  
Participant Admin  Participant Admin Role is Selected. 
Regular User  Regular User Role is Selected. 
No.of Search results to view per page Of  Mention the number of search result to view per page. 
Download Format  Select the appropriate type of Download Format from the dropdown. 
Receive Customer Email Broadcasts  If checked then it will Receive Customer Email Broadcasts. 
Receive Participant Email Broadcasts  If checked then it will Receive Supplier Email Broadcasts. 

- If Company Admin/Participant Admin/Regular User is selected then following fields will appear on the screen.
- If Company Admin/Participant Admin/Regular User is selected then it is same as a User Logged in as Selected Role having participant of given type directed to the Selected Landing Page.
- If Regular User is Selected then it will have only one Role option : None
- If Company Admin is Selected the last Row appears blank. It refers to User Logged in as Company Admin with no participant selected.

Field Description
Select Default Participant  Select Default Participant from the following radio buttons. 
Participant Name   The Name of Participant.The field is pre-populated. 
Participant Type   The Type of Participant.The field is pre-populated 
Landing Page   Select appropriate Default Landing Page from the dropdown. 
Field Description
Submit  On click of Submit button, modified preferences of user will be saved. 
Cancel  On click of cancel button, all data entered will be lost and user will be directed to home page. 
Reset  On click of reset button, all data entered will be lost and the default data will be populated. 

Admin Information

- This tab will show the Admin information - If you are Participant Admin/Regular User then only Admin Information tab will be displayed.
- If you are Participant Admin then following fields will be displayed on the screen.

Company Admin  Information of the Company Admin. 
Name  The name of Company Admin. 
Email Id  The Email-id of Company Admin. 
- If Logged in as Regular User then following fields will be displayed on the screen
