Screen Accessibility: Go to the 'Report'->'Online Participant Directory' menu of the application.

Fields:
Field Description
Customer/Supplier Code  Mention the customer code or the supplier code for which you want to search the details. 
Participant Name  Mention the name of the participant of which you want to search the records. 
Company Name  Name of the company of which you want to see the details of the related participants. 
Company Type  Name of the company of which you want to see the details of the related participants. 
Primary Contact Email Id  Mention the email id for which you want to search the records. 
Primary Contact Phone No  Mention the phone number of which you want to see the details.

Search  Click on the search button to get all the approved participant details based on the search criteria. 
Reset  You click on the reset button when you want to clear the entry in the fields. 
Browse All Companies  You click on this button to view the details of all the active companies. 
CSV  Click on this link to view the records in the CSV format. 
Excel  Click on this link to view the records in the excel sheets. 

The following columns are displayed when you enter the search criteria
Column Description
Customer/Supplier Code   It is the code of the customer or the supplier. 
Participant Name  It is the name of the participant. 
Company Name   YIt is the name of the company belonging to the ATA admin. 
Company Type  It is the type of the Company. It can be All,Airline,manufacturer,Distributer,MRO Repair Agency,Other. 
Primary Contact Email ID  It is the Email Id of the Primary Contact Person belonging to the Company Admin. 
Primary Contact Name  It is the name of the Primary Contact Person belonging to the Company Admin.. 
Primary Contact Phone Number  It is the phone number of the Primary Contact Person belonging to the Company Admin.
