You can select a participant from the screen and perform activities on its behalf.
If you are a customer then only you are able to request viewing rights.
If you Company admin then you request viewing rights to the participants of your company only.
If you are a Participant Admin, you will see Participants which you administer as well as those for which you are a regular user.
Select the Database Type according to supplier, as selection of "ALL" from Database Type dropdown takes more time to process.

Screen Accessibility: Click 'Account management'->' Request viewing Rights' of the menu bar of the apllication

Fields:
Field Description
Company Name  The Name of the Company as mentioned in Company profile. To search all the companies starting with "Av", enter "Av*" and search. 
Email Domain  Email domain of the Company. Please write the part of email id after "@". E.g. patni.com for abc@patni.com. 
Suplier Code  The Supplier Code as mentioned in Supplier profile. 
Suplier Name  Supplier Name as mentioned in Supplier profile. 
Database Type  To specify the name of the table from which the concerned supplier belong. 
Web Access  It will request for Web Access Rights for the concerned Supplier 
Batch Access  It will request for Batch Access Rights for the concerned Supplier 

Controls:
Control Action
Search  Show the suppliers based on the search criteria mentioned in the above fields.
Show All Supplier  Show all the Suppliers of all the approved companies which are registered in ATA. 
Submit  It submits the viewing request for the concerned suppliers. 
Cancel  It cancels the transaction and returned to the home page. 
 

The following columns are displayed when you click the Search Button:

Collumn Description
Company Name  Display the name of the company. 
Email Domain  Display email domain of the concerned user. 
Supplier Code  Display the Code of concerned Supplier. 
Supplier Name  Display the name of respective Supplier. 
Database Type  Display Type of the Supplier. 
Web Access  (Check Button)Check it to request Web Access. 
Batch Access  (Check Buttton)Check it to request Batch Access.
