Screen Accessibility: Click 'Batch Upload/Download'->'Upload Status/Review Errors'of the menu of the application.

Fields:
Field Description
Batch Process Id  When you upload any file then a unique id is assigned to every uploaded file. It is written as' Participant name_number assigned by ATA to uploaded file'. For eg JETPS_1. 
File Name  It is the system generated name of the uploaded file. The format of this file is' File name_date_time'. 
Status  One of the four status are shown for any file. These are FTP Pending, Translation Pending, Awaiting User inputs, Process Complete. FTP Pending is shown when the file is not uploaded on FTP. Translation Pending is shown when the file is on the way to be uploaded into the database. Awaiting user inputs is shown when system is waiting for user's response to process records in case of errors. Process Complete is shown when the file is uploaded. 
Total Rows  It is the total number of rows in the uploaded file. 
Total Added  It is the total number of rows added to the database.  
Total Revised   It is the total number of rows revised in the database. 
Total Deleted  It is the total number of rows deleted from the database. 
Total Rejected  It is the total number of records rejected from the database. 
Total errors  It is the total number of errors in the file you want to upload. 
Upload Time  It is the time when the file was uploaded. 
Review  This link will appear only when there is an error in a file. By clicking on this link, you can view the errors in the file. 
Download  This link will appear only when there is an error in a file. By clicking on this link, you can download the error file. 

Clicking on the Review Link,the following screen is displayed with the following fields
It has two links CSV/EXCEL if you click on any of the them it will save the review error file in that format
Field Description
Error Level   Select any error level fro this dropdown and it will show the corresponding error. 
Batch Process ID   It shows the unique id that is assigned to the Batch process.

Record #  It shows the record number. 
Part Number   It shows the Part Number for which error has occurred. 
Error Code  It shows the error code. 
Error Level  It shows the level of error 
Error Descriptions   It is the description of error message 
Controls Action
Process Records  Upload correct records and reject the incorrect records and generate an error file 
Do Not Process Records  Do not upload any records until user has reviewed the errors to determine if the file should be processed or modified  
Back   It will redirect it to Upload Status Review Errors
