If you are a Company admin then you can view the activity report of all the participants and users of only your company.
Validations on Screen
From date should be less than To date.
From and To dates can not be future dates.

If you do not enter any Date then System by default takes the Current Date.
NOTE: Search can be performed by using wild card character "*" e.g. to search all the companies starting with 'Av', enter 'Av*' and search.

Screen Accessibility: Click ' Report' -> 'User Activity Report' menu of the application.

Fields:
Field Description
Participant Code  Mention the appropriate participant code. 
Participant Name  Mention the appropriate participant Name. 
From  Mention the date to view the records added after and on the mentioned date. 
To  Mention the date to view the records added before and on the mentioned date . 

Controls:
Control Action
Search  Records get displayed based on the search criteria. 
Reset  Deletes all the entered data. 
CSV  Click on this link to view the records in the CSV format. 
Excel  Click on this link to view the records in the excel sheets. 

The following columns are displayed when you enter the search criteria
Field Description
Participant Name  Participant name will be displayed only when any change is made to that participant by the user otherwise it will be blank. 
User Name   User Name will be displayed. 
Login Id  Login id of the user will be displayed. 
Action  Following actions will be displayed.
LOGIN :when the user login.
COMPANY ADDED:when the user adds a new company.
COMPANY MODIFIED:when the user modifies an existing company.
PARTICIPANT ADDED:when the user adds a new participant.
PARTICIPANT MODIFIED:when the user modifies an existing Participant.
SPL VIEW RIGHTS CHG:when the user makes any changes in the grant viewing rights of the supplier.
CUST VIEW RIGHTS CHG:when the user makes any changes in the request viewing rights of the customer.
CHOOSE MOA CHG:when the user makes any change in the choose MOA of the customer.
USER INFORMATION CHANGE:when the user makes any changes to his/her details.
DOWNLOAD REQSTD:when the user makes any download request.
PASSWORD CHANGE:when the user changes his/her password.
 
Remark   Action performed by the user is elaborated. 
Date/Time   Date and time of the activity performed by the user is displayed.
