Only Customer participants have access to this Screen.
In case of Company Admin, first a Customer Participant has to be selected from the change Participant Screen
For every new Notification added by a customer:
1. There would be a scheduled batch job which is run that monitors the criteria for all outstanding notifications. Batch
job would retrieve data both from procurement and surplus
database. The Batch Job is run to identify matches.
2. Upon a new match, additionally an email would be sent to the
email address of the user who created the notification with a
link to the notification result.
Screen Accessibility: Go to the 'Notifications and Broadcasts -> Create/View Notification' option of the Menu
Notification results will also be available when user clicks
on View Notifications link on Home page.

You can enter the Notification Name to search for all your individual notification. |

You can facilitate filtering the notification based on the creation date. You can enter the date through the text field as well
through the calendar control. |

You can facilitate filtering the notification based on the expiry date. You can enter the date through the text field as well through the calendar control. |

Clicking on the search button,the application would display the
record based on the search criteria. The column header for
the records satisfying the search criteria would be Notification
Name, Creation Date, Expiry Date and View.
Notification Name: It is the name of the notification.
Creation date : It is the date when the notification is created.
Expiry date :It is the date when the notification will be
expired
View :It will show the parts matching the details
specified in the notification.
- If the condition of the Notification is satisfied then a view
Match Image would appear adjacent to the Expiry Date column.

| Reset |
You click on the reset button when you want to clear the entry in the fields. |
| Delete |
You click on this button to permanently delete the notification from the system. |

On click of Part Number Link in the result grid section, the EDIT NOTIFICATION page is displayed.

On click of "Edit Notification" button,existing notification will be updated with new conditions. |

Clicking the "Cross" image would hide the "Edit Notification" section from the screen. |

On click of "View Matches" Image adjacent to the Expiry Date column,a screen is displayed with the following columns:-
